Matt Dallen

Matt Dallen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, human resources, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Aritzia since 2020, Matt previously undertook personal study and graduate pursuits from 2019 to 2020. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources and Divisional Vice President of Talent at Holt Renfrew, as well as various leadership positions at The Home Depot Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Hudson's Bay Company. Matt's expertise is backed by a strong educational background, including ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, along with diplomas and certificates in Human Resources Management, Workplace Wellness Management, Training and Assessment, and Tourism and Travel Services Management from McMaster University and TAFE NSW.
