Kris Kadel obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Moravian University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, Kris also participated in a study abroad program at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange in Sevilla, Spain, focusing on CIEE Business and Society.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kris has obtained certifications in the field of sales and project management. In May 2018, they received the IAB Digital Media Sales Certification from IAB. They also obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2015.
