Jennifer Newell

Jennifer Newell has extensive work experience in finance, administration, marketing, and medical billing. Jennifer most recently worked as the Senior Director of Finance at Arizona Advanced Surgery. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Practice Administrator at Warner Family Practice for over two decades. In this role, they significantly increased gross revenue and value-based contract incentives. Jennifer also worked as the Marketing Director for Warner Family Practice, where they were responsible for designing marketing materials, creating production reports, and promoting health fairs. Before joining Warner Family Practice, Jennifer worked as a Marketing Assistant at Wheaton Van Lines, where they coordinated advertising and assisted in event planning. Earlier in their career, they also worked as a Medical Biller at Warner Family Practice.

Jennifer Newell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University-Dominguez Hills, completed in 2005. Jennifer also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from Anderson University, completed in 2001. Additionally, Jennifer has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate, Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), and Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Their CPC certification was obtained in July 2008, and the rest of their certifications were obtained in 2023.
