Brenda Moorthy

Brenda Moorthy serves as the Director of Breast Surgical Services at HonorHealth since 2021 and holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor at Creighton University School of Medicine since May 2023. With extensive experience, Brenda is the Medical Director for Breast Surgery and an Executive Committee Member at Arizona Center for Cancer Care since 2016, as well as a Breast Surgical Oncologist at the Comprehensive Breast Center of Arizona since 2005. Specializing in oncoplastic breast surgery, Brenda focuses on achieving optimal surgical margins and minimizing recurrence while enhancing cosmetic outcomes. Educationally, Brenda earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University and holds certifications in Medical Technology with a specialization in Microbiology from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Genetics from Washington State University. Early training included a Breast Fellowship at the University of Southern California and a General Surgery residency at various institutions.
