Herbert has worked at Marriott International in sales roles, where they managed large-scale accounts and provided sales support. Herbert also held positions at Sheraton Sonoma County - Petaluma and Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa before becoming the Vice President of Business Development at Arizona Commerce Authority in 2023. Herbert Flores completed their Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2005.
