Douglas Cutler M.a., Ccc-Slp

Douglas Cutler, M.A., CCC-SLP, is an experienced Assistive Technology Specialist currently serving the Arizona Department of Education since September 2023. Previously, Douglas worked as a Regional Product Specialist and AAC Consultant at Smartbox Assistive Technology from July 2021 to August 2023, supporting individuals with speech disabilities and training professionals and families in the use of assistive technology. Douglas has held various roles in education and therapy, including Adjunct Faculty at Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College, where Douglas taught AAC and Assistive Technology courses. Experience at Mesa Public Schools involved evaluation and treatment of students with severe expressive language disorders. Douglas co-founded TEAM Ed: Educational Contracting Services, overseeing staff development and consultancy services. With a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, Douglas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in speech and language therapy, assistive technology, and education.
