Jeffrey Glover, MPA, currently serves as Colonel at the Arizona Department of Public Safety and President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives since July 2022. Glover holds a significant leadership role as a Board Member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and has been a Commissioner with the State of Arizona - Arizona Commission of African American Affairs since June 2018. Previous positions include Chief of Police for the City of Tempe and a long tenure as Police Commander in the same city. Glover has also worked as an Advisor for AdvisoryCloud and as a Consultant for Organizational Development Professionals. Glover's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Education from Northern Arizona University, and various leadership and criminal justice certificates from distinguished institutions such as Cornell University and the University of Virginia.
