Felicia Gillis, CPM, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities.

Felicia started their career in 2007 at the Arizona Department of Economic Security, where they worked as a Program Service Evaluator III until 2010. Felicia then moved on to become an Employment Service Supervisor, a position they held until 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Child Support Officer II from an unknown start date to 2015. In 2015, they became a Child Support Service Employer Relations Supervisor II until 2016, and then transitioned to a Community Relations Manager role until 2017.

In 2014, Gillis joined H&R Block as a Tax Professional, where they worked until 2016.

In 2017, they joined the Arizona Department of Revenue as a Compliance Programs Manager until 2019, and then transitioned to their current position as a Customer Service Administrator.

Felicia Gillis, CPM completed their education at Maricopa Community Colleges from 2009 to 2012, specializing in Public Administration. Felicia also obtained a Certified Public Manager certification from Arizona State University in October 2022. Additionally, they have acquired various professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in June 2020, and several leadership and skills development courses from LinkedIn, obtained between 2021 and 2023.
