Todd Wilson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to database administration and technical support. Todd started their career in 1992 at Complete Mailing Services as a Programmer/Database Administrator, where they performed datafile tasks and managed a network. From 1998 to 2001, Todd worked at Anthem Education Group as a Software Support specialist, providing on-site and phone call support for various software and server issues. Todd then transitioned to the role of Help Desk Manager, where they led a team of technicians and analyzed help desk performance. From 2003 to 2012, Todd worked as a Database Administrator at Anthem Education Group, installing, configuring, and maintaining SQL Servers, MySQL databases, and reporting solutions. Todd also developed and tuned queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers. In 2012, Todd joined the Arizona Department of Revenue as an SQL Database Administrator, where they performed a variety of administrative duties on SQL Server instances and improved monitoring and managing techniques using PowerShell, TSQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
Todd Wilson attended Anthem College-Phoenix from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
