Raluca Mihalcescu serves as the Water Conservation Coordinator at Arizona Water Company, focusing on expanding Demand Management Programs and collaborating with municipalities to promote water conservation. Previously, Raluca held the position of Water Conservation Specialist, assessing water demand and developing community-focused conservation programs. Raluca also contributes as a Mainstage Cast Member at the Bridge Improv Theater, honing improvisational skills.
