Dynell Palmer

Dynell Palmer has a diverse professional background with experience in program coordination, customer service, and billing. Currently serving as Program Coordinator at Arizona Youth Partnership since January 2020, Dynell previously worked as a Billing Coordinator at Dalmolin Excavating Inc from September 2017 to September 2022 and as a Customer Service representative at Arizona Eastern Railway from August 2005 to October 2014, where responsibilities included tracing and reporting rail car shipments and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, Dynell held the position of Assistant Manager at Circle K from July 2003 to September 2004. Academically, Dynell completed a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies at Western Bible College in 2016, following an Associate's degree in the same field from the same institution.
