Gentry Hoit

Gentry Hoit has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Capital Markets at ARK Homes for Rent, where they focus on growing the business and running the firm's Investment Management vertical. Gentry also holds the position of Strategic Advisor at Outland RE and Advisory Board Member at YoJo Yoga. Previously, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Finback Real Estate and as the Founder & CEO of GAH Real Estate LLC. Gentry has also served as an Advisory Board Member at Sundance Bay, a Vestry (Board) Member at Trinity Church Wall Street, and as a Partner at GreenOak Real Estate, Park Madison Partners, and Atlantic Assets Group LLC. Gentry Hoit has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Computer Science from Georgetown University, which was obtained from 1982 to 1986. Later, from 1988 to 1990, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Columbia Business School. Furthermore, Gentry Hoit has additional certifications including an Associate Broker certification from The State of New York and Series 7, 63, and 24 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
