Michael Blas is a seasoned professional in the real estate and mortgage sectors, currently serving as the National Leasing Manager at ARK Homes for Rent since July 2022. Previously, Michael held the role of National Housing Choice Manager at Progress Residential®, overseeing the housing choice voucher program to ensure compliance for a portfolio of over 1,300 homes. As Florida Regional Leasing Manager at HavenBrook Homes, Michael successfully managed a team of over 15 leasing agents to achieve optimal occupancy rates. Early career experiences include sales and leasing at STELLAR HOMES, as well as leadership roles at QuikFund Inc as Sales Director and City Capital Mortgage Banking Corp as a Licensed Mortgage Originator.
