Paul Robertson

Paul Robertson has extensive experience in ICT and service delivery management, currently serving in an ICT role at Ark People Housing Care since August 2022. Prior to this position, Paul held the role of Service Delivery Manager at Dacoll Ltd for a brief period. Paul dedicated over 15 years to Sungard Availability Services, progressing from a Senior Analyst and Technical Analyst to Site Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring site availability for customer SLAs and managing third-party relationships. Earlier experience includes a Network Manager position at Thales-MESL Ltd, managing a network of 150 nodes and multiple servers, as well as technical support roles at MacTaggart Scott and Motorola ESD. Paul holds an HND in Computing from Stevenson College.
