Gustav Bodin

Gustav Bodin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Gustav is currently working as the Brand Design Director at Ark Kapital since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Designer at Gustav Bodin, starting in June 2020. From September 2021 to April 2023, they worked as a Designer at Einride, where they focused on various aspects of design such as UI, motion, and visual design to enhance the brand and product. Before that, Gustav served as the Design Lead at Itchy from June 2020 to October 2021, responsible for improving core functionality and adding new features to the e-commerce and app. In 2019, Gustav worked as a Design Intern at Oakwood (NoA Ignite), contributing to the design of a new e-commerce app for GinaTricot and developing interaction concepts for other brands. Gustav also worked as a UX/UI Designer at Moblize.IT LLC from April 2019 to August 2019, focusing on enhancing product experiences through iteration, strategy, and market research. Prior to that, they worked as a Motion Designer & Consultant at RecruitFinder.se, where they designed visual communications, UX, and website layout for a startup and produced animatics for motion commercials. Finally, Gustav started their career in 2015 at Hemköp, where they worked in customer service, handling tasks such as greeting customers, managing documents, and providing support in the cafe/post office area. Overall, Gustav has built a strong foundation in design and customer service throughout their career.

Gustav Bodin began their education in 2017 at the Berghs School of Communication, where they pursued a Berghs Bachelor in Strategic Communication. However, their time at this institution was limited to only one year. From 2017 to 2020, Gustav enrolled at the Academy of Art University, where they successfully completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree specializing in Interaction & UX/UI Design.
