Sophie Hantman Kollén

Sophie Hantman Kollén has a diverse work experience. Sophie began their career in 2016 as a Student Ambassador at Semcon. In 2018, they became a Teaching Assistant at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In 2019, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at Fishbrain and as an Analyst and Senior Analyst at Klarna. Her current role is as a Data Analyst at Ark Kapital, which they started in 2022. At Klarna, they were responsible for building the foundation of a loyalty program in the US, the economics, and developing the product and UX. Sophie was also part of the analytics recruiting pipeline, conducting case interviews and presentations for new joiners. As an Analyst, they acted as the expert within the analytics competence and supported large decisions regarding the payment method in the US.

Sophie Hantman Kollén obtained their Civilingenjörexamen in Maskinteknik from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2014-2019. Sophie then went on to receive their Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2017-2019.
