Sheldon Spirn

Sheldon Spirn is an experienced underwriter with a robust background in mortgage underwriting and management. Currently serving as an Underwriter at Ark Mortgage since August 2023, Sheldon has held various key positions including Underwriting and Structure Specialist at Capital M Inc. and Underwriting Manager at both Ark Mortgage and The Federal Savings Bank. With a career spanning several decades, Sheldon has also contributed as a Conventional and DE Underwriter at West Town Bank & Trust and GFI Mortgage Bankers, INC, as well as an Underwriting Manager at Meridian Residential and Fairmont Funding. Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College, obtained between 1978 and 1983.
