Colleen K. Shields

Colleen K. Shields is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in insurance claims and litigation. Currently serving as President and Chief Counsel of US Operations at ARK SyndICATE MANAGEMENT LIMITED, Colleen has held various roles within the organization, including Chief Claims Counsel and US Claims Counsel since May 2018. Prior experience includes positions at James River Insurance Company, Resolute Management Inc., ACE USA, and McKISSOCK & HOFFMAN, P.C., with a focus on claims counsel and litigation. Colleen holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation and Wills & Estates and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.
