Brian Josel

Brian Josel is an experienced product and electrical engineer with a comprehensive background in product management, electrical design, and systems integration across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at ARKA Group, LP, since March 2023, Brian oversees the internal research and development portfolio with a focus on AI/ML and algorithm development. Previously, as Lead Electrical Engineer at The Boring Company, responsibilities included managing electrical engineering and production teams to design next-generation Tunnel Boring Machines. Brian's earlier roles include Senior Electrical Engineer at X-Nav Technologies, where design leadership was demonstrated in navigated surgical devices, and Senior Electronics Engineer at FARO Technologies, contributing to the development of 3D laser imaging equipment. Brian holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
