Aderito João Machado

Aderito João Machado has over 16 years of work experience. In 2005, they began their career as a Call Center Agent at PayPlan. Aderito João then became a Business Development Officer, Team Leader - Process Trainer, Project Manager, and Line Manager at the same company. In 2011, they moved to Totemic as a Business Developer. In 2018, they joined Indie X as a Project Manager and Paylink Solutions as a Project Manager/Business Analyst. In 2019, they returned to PayPlan as a Transformation Lead and Risk & Process Controller. Finally, in 2022 they will join Arkadium as a Project Manager.

Aderito João Machado obtained a Degree in Literature and Languages - English and Portuguese from the University of Lisbon between 2000 and 2005. In November 2016, they obtained the Agile PM - Agile Project Manager - Foundation Level certification from APMG International. In April 2015, they obtained the Agente e Corrector de Seguros e Re-seguros Ramo Não-Vida certification from the Governo de Portugal. In 2018, they obtained the People Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Operations Analytics certifications from Coursera.
