Fernando Villarreal started their work experience in 2013 at PwC, where they held various roles. Fernando first worked as an Asistente Tax Accounting, responsible for tasks related to purchases, imports, payments, billing, collections, and payroll. Fernando also ensured compliance with expense policies. Later, they became a Senior Tax Accounting, supervising administrative management in accounting, labor, social security, and tax matters for national and multinational companies. Fernando prepared budgets, cash flow reports, and financial and accounting management reports. In 2019, they joined Arkano Software as Chief Financial Officer, leading the accounting, financial, and administrative area in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Peru. Fernando prepared monthly financial reports for the board, managed finances including cash flow and forecast presentations, and controlled collections. Fernando Villarreal has a history of pursuing higher education in the field of finance and accounting. In 2011, they enrolled at Universidad de la República and completed their degree in Public Accounting in 2015. Following this, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Finance at Universidad de Montevideo from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they completed a Postgraduate program in Business Analytics & Data Science at Universidad de Montevideo in 2021.
