Brianna McDonough

Legal Assistant at Arkansas Attorney General

Brianna McDonough currently serves as a Legal Assistant for the Special Litigation Team within the Civil Litigation division of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, engaging with a variety of cases such as inmate litigation and constitutional challenges. Prior experience includes the role of Department Policy Coordinator at the Arkansas Department of Corrections, responsible for department-wide policy development, legislation drafting, and legal research. Brianna also interned as a Legislative and Policy intern under the Secretary and Chief of Staff at the Arkansas Department of Corrections and gained experience as a Summer Intern at StopDV, supporting domestic violence victims in legal proceedings. Brianna McDonough is pursuing a Doctor of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hendrix College.
