Joe Rose MD, FACP, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Joe started their career as a Primary Care Physician and Internal Medicine & Pediatrics specialist at BARG FAMILY CLINIC from August 2002 to December 2009. Joe then joined Baptist Health as a Hospitalist and Clinical Researcher from January 2010 to December 2016.

In 2017, Dr. Rose took on multiple roles at SCP Health, including Program Director for Schumacher Clinical Partners from January 2017 to April 2020. Joe then served as the Senior Vice President, Group Medical Officer, BPCI, and later as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for the COVID Field Hospital from April 2020 to May 2020.

From January 2023, Dr. Rose joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield as the National Accounts Medical Director, as well as the Medical Director of Clinical Strategy and Population Health. Additionally, they also resumed their role as a Hospitalist at Baptist Health from January 2023 onwards.
