Royce Pinkard

Royce Pinkard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Royce began their career in 1992 at L'Oréal, where they worked as a Manufacturing/Processing Manager until 2007. Royce then joined Hewlett-Packard, serving as a Supervisor for Insurance/Healthcare II from 2007 to 2013. From 2012 to 2023, they held the position of Healthcare Project Manager. In 2016, they joined DXC Technology as an Account Delivery Manager, overseeing claims processing and provider relations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2019, they joined Delta Dental of Arkansas, initially serving as a Supervisor for Delta Dental Smiles Operation and later as a Supervisor for Call Center, Grievance, and Appeals staff. Currently, in 2022, they are working as the Director of Customer Accounts and Membership at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they are responsible for aligning project outcomes with the organization's strategy and overseeing various operational activities.

Royce Pinkard studied at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1992 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
