Stephen Gray

Steve Gray, CHIE, has extensive experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. Stephen (Steve) started their career at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, where they held various positions. From 1993 to 1997, they worked as an EDI Coordinator. In 1997, they joined Arkansas Industrial Computing, Inc. as a Systems Engineer. In 1999, they returned to Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Manager for the Arkansas Data Center. In 2009, they joined Pinnacle Business Solutions as the Director of Technology Support and later became the Chief Information Officer. In 2013, they joined EngagePoint, Inc. as a Technical Project Manager. Stephen (Steve) returned to Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2015 as the Director of IT Support Services, where they were responsible for overseeing hardware acquisition, database administration, and vendor management. Steve has also been involved in IT product development, sales and marketing, and proposal development throughout their career.

Stephen (Steve) Gray, CHIE has a Certified Health Insurance Executive degree from AHIP ELP, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Business Data Processing from Arkansas College of Technology which they completed in 1980. Stephen (Steve) also obtained their HS Diploma from Forrest City High School from 1975 to 1978. Stephen (Steve) has additional certifications in Business Data Processing from Arkansas College of Technology and CHIE from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
