Eric Pounders

Eric Pounders has a strong background in the technology field, with experience in various roles. Eric started their career as a System Analyst at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency in 1988 and worked there until 1997. Eric then joined FedEx Services as a System Architect Advisor and stayed with the company for 10 years. In 2008, Pounders transitioned to Entergy, where they served as an Oracle Database Administrator for three years. Currently, Pounders is the Director of Energy Management Systems at the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, a position they have held since 2011.

Eric Pounders obtained an Associate's degree from East Arkansas Community College from 1983 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1985 to 1988. Lastly, they completed a Master's degree in Information Management at Washington University in St. Louis from 1996 to 1997.
