Iris Stanley

Iris Stanley has over 19 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Iris most recently worked as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Human Resource Manager at Almatis for 16 years, from July 2007 to August 2023. Before their role at Almatis, Iris worked in Human Resources at Deluxe Media Services from 2004 to 2007.

Iris Stanley received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Ouachita Baptist University. Iris completed their education at the university from 1986 to 1990.
