Jenni Dees, JD, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, a position held since April 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring timely filings with the Arkansas Public Service Commission and managing updates to the Attachment O submission to FERC, as well as overseeing FERC regulatory filings. Prior experience includes serving as a Regulatory Supervisor at Devon Energy from February 2012 to March 2016. Jenni Dees holds a Juris Doctor degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from The University of Tulsa.
