Sea Casey Shepard

Casey Shepard, SEA, is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in compliance management and regulatory affairs within the electric power sector. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation since March 2016, Casey oversees compliance with various stormwater permits across multiple generating stations while fostering relationships with regulatory entities. Previous roles include Environmental Engineer III and II, where responsibilities encompassed stormwater inspections, training, and the development of environmental plans to meet regulatory standards. Earlier experience includes working as an engineer in the Water Division at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, and as a Clinical Trial Drug Manufacturing Associate at Cognate BioServices. Casey holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
