Stephanie Richards is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in claims management, education, and content creation. Currently serving as a Senior Office Claims Representative at Arkansas Farm Bureau since November 2016, Stephanie has established protocols for efficient management support and conducts detailed audits of claims files.
