Rodney Showmar

Rodney Showmar serves as the President and CEO of Arkansas Federal Credit Union since February 2001, overseeing all member-facing operational departments and responsible for loan production and significant staffing and income metrics. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, where strategic marketing plans were implemented. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Market Research Analyst at Reliant Energy and Senior Buyer at Dillards, where extensive experience in customer satisfaction and business development was gained. Rodney Showmar holds a BSBA in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas, an MBA in Finance from Capella University, and completed executive education programs at Furman University and the Cardwell 306 CEO Leadership Institute.
