Curtis Carter

Curtis Carter has been working in the financial sector since 1993. Curtis began their career as an Auditor for the Arkansas Division of Legislative Audit in 1993, and in 2015 they became the Chief Financial Officer for the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.

Curtis Carter attended Bryant High School from 1984 to 1988, graduating with a High School degree. Curtis then went on to attend the University of Central Arkansas from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting. Curtis also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
