Jorae Mitchell

JoRae Mitchell, M.Ed, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources- Manufacturing Function Lead at Arkema since August 2016, JoRae has previously held positions such as Senior HR Manager in Coating Solutions Manufacturing and Regional HR Manager for Thiochemicals. Prior to Arkema, JoRae worked at Baker Hughes from March 2011 to July 2016, where roles included HR Manager and Hiring & Onboarding Advisor, focusing on talent acquisition and global HR initiatives. JoRae also held HR manager positions at FirstGroup America and Target, demonstrating a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Organizational Development, Performance & Change/HRD and a certification in the SHRM Learning System for PHR/SPHR, all from Colorado State University, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
