Amir Schemmer

Amir Schemmer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in regulatory affairs, international trade, journalism, and aviation security. Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs and QA Manager at ארקיע Arkia Israeli airlines since 2016, Amir conducts audits of airline operations to align team efforts with company objectives. Previously, as the International Trade Regulations Manager for the Foreign Trade Administration at Israel's Ministry of Economy and Industry, Amir developed expertise in international trade regulations and participated in free trade agreement negotiations. Additionally, Amir has held editorial responsibilities as the Foreign Affairs Editor at Calcalist, and gained valuable legal experience as an intern at the Ministry of Justice. With prior roles at EL AL Israel Airlines focusing on aviation security and ground operations, Amir's educational achievements include multiple advanced degrees in law and history from prestigious institutions.
