Cian Linehan

Cian Linehan has been working in the customer success and sales industry since 2012. Cian began their career as a Student Manager at Aras Mac Leinn, Student Centre UCC in 2012, where their duties included maintaining facilities, assisting students and staff with queries, serving customers, and setting up and organizing events. In 2015, they moved to Foot Solutions as a Store Manager. In 2017, they joined ARKK as a Team Lead, Customer Success, and has since held the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Executive, and Account Manager. Cian also served as an Executive Sales Assistant, where their role was to help firms comply with regulations and make financial reporting simple.

Cian Linehan's education history includes a Postgraduate Diploma (PDip) in Business Practice Economics from University College Cork, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014. Cian also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics Major from University College Cork between 2009 and 2013. Cian's educational background began with Presentation Brothers College Cork, where they studied between 2003 and 2009.
