Sam Nik-Pay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2008, they began their career with Red Robin, working their way up from an hourly team member to an Assistant General Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to Dave & Buster's Inc. as an Area Operations Manager, where they focused on operational excellence and team development.

In 2014, Sam entered the technology sector, joining Jive Software as an Enterprise Value Representative. Sam promoted social software for the workplace and connected with prospective customers in Canada and the East Coast. After a year, they moved to Centrify Corporation as a Northeast Region Rep, evangelizing their platform approach to security and helping organizations mitigate data breach risks.

Sam then joined ThreatMetrix as a Strategic Account Executive, working with SMB, MidMarket, and Enterprise companies to address the increasing threat of fraud. Sam later became a Team Lead-Inside Sales/Account Executive, sharing best practices across the financial services/banking sector.

In 2019, Sam joined Valimail as an Account Executive, where they focused on Email Authentication as a Service, providing visibility and control to clients' email services and combating phishing attacks.

Currently, Sam is working at Arkose Labs. Sam started as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, showcasing Arkose Labs' platform that eliminates the business model of fraud. Sam then served as the Global Director of Sales Execution before assuming their current role as the Director of Sales, East in July 2022.

Sam Nik-Pay has a Bachelor's Degree in English - Literature, Language, and Culture (Magna Cum Laude) from Virginia Tech. They are also planning to obtain a certification in Frontline Manager School from Pavilion in 2023.
