Eric Safin

Eric Safin has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. In 2021, they began their current role as Human Resources Director at Arkus, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Tyson Foods from 2012 to 2021, where they were an HR Generalist and partnered with 51 Supervisors and Managers to improve Team Member morale and communication. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at U. S. Steel as an Employee Relations Specialist, where they partnered with 8 Shift Managers to improve employee morale and handled short term disability claims. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Seattle Goodwill Industries as an Human Resource Generalist, where they partnered with 11 retail managers and regional management to improve employee relations and successfully investigated and resolved over 50 employee complaints. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Copiers Northwest as Human Resources, successfully recruiting and establishing over 100 employees and providing New Hire Orientation. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Menards as an Assistant Manager - Plumbing. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Finish Line as an Assistant Store Manager.

Eric Safin obtained their MBA in Human Resource Management from Davenport University in 2008, followed by a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Davenport University in 2006. Eric began their educational journey in 2000, earning an Associate's degree in Business from Northwestern Michigan College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric Safin is a DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International, obtained in April 2013, and a Professional Human Resources certification from HRCI, obtained in June 2010.
