Ivan Gonzalez

Ivan Gonzalez began their career at ArkusNexus in 2007 as a Software Developer, working primarily with ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005. Ivan then moved into a Project Leader role, working on the Point of Sale application for the Coca Cola bottler company of Mexico's north-west region, managing a team of 6 developers. Ivan then transitioned into a Scrum Master/Product Owner role, working as a team leader for the Paralle6 account, a San Diego based company, managing a team of 7 developers. Ivan also worked with an offshore team in Romania, having daily stand up meetings and sharing tasks for a couple of projects. In 2014, they shared the responsibilities of Operations Manager with a co-worker, taking full ownership of the role in 2015. Ivan was responsible for managing 16+ accounts across the company, working hands-on with engagement managers to guarantee teams were aligned with the software development process, managing potential risks and helping engineers in their professional development. Ivan was also responsible for setting up new accounts from talent acquisition to actually getting the team working with clients for the initial months transitioning off to the engagement manager.

Ivan Gonzalez attended CETYS Universidad from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
