Aleksander Panfilo is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and market research. Currently serving as Brand Manager at Arla Oy since November 2015, Aleksander is responsible for advancing the Arla Lempi and Arla Luomu brands. Previous roles at Arla included Brand and Category Manager, where Aleksander focused on the fresh cooking category, as well as specialty cheeses like Apetina and Castello. Prior to Arla, Aleksander worked as Development Manager at Consumer Compass, providing consumer insights and managing market research projects. Aleksander began the career as a Project Researcher at Aalto University School of Economics, conducting qualitative research on the Russian business environment, and gained early experience as Marketing Manager for a classical music festival, successfully enhancing its marketing strategy and attendance. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Marketing from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and further studies at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
