Essi Buri

Essi Buri is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Arla Oy since January 2021, Essi previously held the position of HR Manager at Efora Oy, where versatile HR tasks were carried out for approximately 900 employees. Prior to that, Essi worked at UPM - The Biofore Company in various HR roles, including HR Specialist in Business HR and HR Services, focusing on employee life cycle management and training development. Essi's early career included positions at Nordea as a Banking Advisor and at Hartwall as a Sales Agent/Customer Servant.
