Miika Laato

Miika Laato is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Business Partner for Performance Management and Marketing Finance at Arla Oy since March 2022. Responsibilities include driving the performance management agenda, target-setting, strategic pricing, and enhancing reporting processes. Prior to Arla Oy, Laato held the position of Production Controller at Meira Oy, where duties involved data analysis, financial recommendations, and cash flow management. Previously, Laato worked as a Replenishment Planner and Transport Coordinator at Kesko - K-Group, focusing on supply chain management and transportation. Laato holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology and has studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
