Claus Flensborg

Claus Flensborg is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in people development and executive education. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global People Development at Arla Foods amba since December 2015, Claus also holds the position of CEO at TimeOut Management, a sports management company dedicated to supporting athletes in their careers and transitions. Previous roles include CEO of Scandinavian Executive Institute, Executive Director at Business Kolding Institute, and Chief Commercial Officer at Business Kolding, focused on high-level executive education in collaboration with INSEAD.
