Francisco Vieitez

Francisco Vieitez has extensive experience in various human resources roles. Francisco worked as the Head of HR at ARLANXEO, where they managed all HR areas and was responsible for recruitment, talent development, labor relations, payroll efficiency, and more. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at LANXESS. Francisco also worked as the Regional HR Manager at Delphi Automotive Systems and as the Human Resources Manager - South America at Delphi Automotive Systems - Packard Division. Additionally, they served as the Senior HR Manager at WTorre Engenharia e Construções S A and CEVA Logistics. Throughout their career, Francisco has demonstrated strong leadership and achieved notable successes in improving HR policies and supporting employees.

Francisco Vieitez obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Economics and Labor Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, from 2001 to 2003.
