Patrick Helgers

Patrick Helgers has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Patrick started their career as an intern at Philips in 2002. From 2003 to 2014, Patrick worked at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, initially as a Human Resource Advisor and later as a Human Resource Supervisor. In 2014, they joined Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, where they held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner, HR Project Lead, and Head HR Operations Netherlands. In 2018, Patrick joined BASF as the Global Head of HR Operations, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they work as the Global Head of HR Operations at ARLANXEO.
