Amber Smith

Amber Smith has worked in various roles within the Human Resources and Customer Service industries since 2011. Her career began as an Internal Medicine & Surgical Veterinary Technician at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in 2011. From 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Office Manager at TechBrite, where they entered orders and invoiced transactions. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Builder Inside Sales at Wiseway Supply, where they managed customer delivery schedules and handled customer issues. In 2018, Amber joined GoGoMeds as an Account Manager and Director of Patient Experience, where they improved customer service and developed service procedures. Finally, in 2021, Amber began working as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, where they formed the Human Resources role and improved regulatory compliance.

Amber Smith attended Midway University from 2004-2005, and then State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 2005-2008, where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Equine Science and Management. In 2019, they obtained a Talent Optimization Leader certification from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index.
