Tia B.

Tia B. has a work history that spans over several years. Tia began their career in 2004 at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where they worked as a Public Affairs Specialist until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Tia B. then transitioned to the Department of Defense - USMC, where they held the position of Public Affairs Specialist. In 2016, they joined Beekeeper Group as an Administrative Assistant and worked there until 2019. Since 2019, Tia B. has been employed at Arlo Solutions, initially as a Recruitment Manager and currently as an Employee Engagement Manager.

Tia B. pursued their education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations. In 2015, Tia attended General Assembly for a brief period to study Digital Marketing. More recently, in 2019 and 2020, they attended Cornell University and completed a certification program in Psychology of Leadership.
