Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in information security and software development. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Arlo Training Management Software since March 2023, Andrew has also played a pivotal role as Race Director for the Jumbo Holdsworth Trail Race since October 2019, managing all aspects of the event. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Development Team Lead at Spotlight Reporting, where infrastructure and app performance were key focuses, and as a Software Engineer at Gensolve Pty Ltd. Additionally, Andrew has been a Business Owner of Bassdrop LTD and held various technical roles, including IT Manager at Global Career Link and Developer at SilverStripe and Victoria University of Wellington. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
