John Mason-Thom

John Mason-Thom is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC. Currently serving as Sales Team Lead at Arlo Training Management Software, John has been responsible for meeting sales objectives, tracking KPIs, and leading the development of direct reports. Previously, John held roles as Senior Sales Consultant for both North America and the UK, contributing to new sales and partnership generation. Prior experience includes a position as Delegate Sales Executive at Worldwide Business Research, where John developed expertise in the buyside and sellside markets. John holds a Master of Arts in English literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Cardiff University, along with a high school education from Pate's Grammar School.
