David Cooke

David Cooke has a diverse work experience in the legal field. David started their career as a Summer Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2006. David then worked as an Attorney at the same company from 2007 to 2011. After that, they served as a Legal Consultant at CT Corporation from an unknown start date to July 2013. From July 2013 to September 2014, they worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Element Markets. David then joined Locke Lord LLP as an Associate from September 2014 to January 2016. Currently, they hold the position of General Counsel at ARM Energy since January 2016.

David Cooke earned a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. David then went on to attend Duke University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Masters in Public Policy. During the same period, they also attended Duke University School of Law and received a JD degree.
