Arusha Berry is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global people management. Currently serving as the Director Global People Business Partner at Arm since April 2020, Arusha previously held multiple roles at Novartis from August 2015 to April 2020, including HR Solutions Business Partner and TM & OD Manager, where skills in talent management and organizational development were honed. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions in HR at Infosys Limited, WNS, and PwC Consulting, alongside a foundational role as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd.
